Preferred documentation includes copies of birth certificates, death certificates, newspaper clippings (identified by name of the newspaper, date published, and place published), book or article references (including the full name of the reference, author, place of publication, date, and publisher), copies of original documents (with the location or ownership of documents, including the address of the owner). Photographs identified with names, locations, original source, and dates preferred.
