WIRTZ, KITTY MAE STAMPS (1888~1978) Kitty Mae Stamps Wirtz was born January 18, 1888. Seguin, Texas, was her hometown. She married Alvin Jacob Wirtz on November 18, 1913, and they had one daughter. Her husband served as a member of the Texas Senate from 1922 to 1930. Wirtz died June 22, 1978.
