No Portrait Available Headstone Text Peyton December 10, 1924 December 22, 1995 Ann Cade July 28, 1926 Back of headstone Peyton McKnight Served in World War II Flying 55 Combat Missions Recipient of the Distinguished Flying Cross - Air Medal with Three Oak Leaf Clusters and European Theatre Ribbon with Seven Battle Stars. His Bomb Group, the 463rd, was awarded the French Croix de Guerre for their part in the Liberation of France.
