Barbara Ann Thomas Vance

VANCE, BARBARA ANN THOMAS (1953~ ) Barbara Ann Thomas Vance was born on July 7, 1953, in Dallas, Texas to William Homer and Uleta Mozelle Phipps Thomas. Mrs. Vance attended McKinney High School and received a BS degree from Texas Tech University. After receiving her degree, Mrs. Vance worked as a regional planner, a retail manager, and homemaker after she married William Ray "Bill" Vance. Upon Vance's election as Justice on the 10th Court of Appeals, they moved from their home in Bryan to Waco. Mrs. Vance is involved in many volunteer activities. She has served as President of the Bryan - College Station Junior League, founding member and president of Brazos Beautiful (Brazos County), and is a master gardener at her home in Waco.
